has its jewels. Those books by F.R.Young don’t show the usual yoga postures,
but rather give unusual exercises for various bodily corrections. The funny
thing is that those unorthodox exercises quite often have the desired effect !
As an example: having quite often problems with my sciatica nerve, the practice of a couple of exercises as prescribed by F.R.Young, not only alleviated the
pain but also hastened the healing remarkably, to my experience !!
Those are NOT miracle books though, but more than well worth reading, although
not all exercises prescribed seem practical !!
